The windshield washer fluid on my 2009 Honda CR-V was leaking. I went to speak with Dominick Garretson about this problem. This was a great experience for me. He was extremely courteous and very professional. The problem was diagnosed and new part ordered. I was notified 2 days later and came in the next day and was out with in one hour. Mr. Garretson has a great attitude. You are indeed fortunate to have such a loyal employee."

We had a very good sales rep- Patrick was very knowledgable, professional and courteous. He took us on a test drive and was very helpful at answering questions. Appreciated the first no hassle offer. Pete the manager was also very professional and courteous. The atmosphere of the dealership is a corporate vibe yet with a sense of trust and care for the customer. Not the stereotypical vibe of "hassle and haggle". We appreciated that. Pete worked with us and let us know that we should feel we are a part of the "Honda family". On 01/19/2010 the rims and tires on my car were stolen. My auto insurance company suggested that I contact the dealer and get a quote on replacement rims and tires. The service team at Honda of Nanuet showed a great deal of effort making sure my vehicle was taken care of. Within a day my rims and tires delivered to me and installed them on location and drove it back to the dealership. While I was at work, my vehicle was receiving VIP treatment as they inspected it making sure no further damage was done. Thank you Honda of Nanuet."
